Went for Odyssey with Cai in the evening. Supposedly it was Shariff's idea to go, hence inviting us to accompany him. But due to unforeseen circumstances, he wasn;t able to join us... Cumara, Samuel Leong and Francis were part of the cast, with John Cheah as the lead actor, Odysseus. Met other friends like Alex Ng, Jeremy Ho, Shaun Gwee
It was a blast! The 2 hours plus production was a bit too long though! But worth paying for. At least I managed to understand what was going on unlike other productions like the Arabian Nights(2007), Inventio(2007) by the DEP students or even other drama productions.

The wily Odysseus, hero of the Trojan War, is tired of fighting. He just wants to get back to his wife but the gods have other plans. Odysseus is going to have to use all of his legendary guile to get himself back safely to his kingdom of Ithaca to the waiting of the (hopefully) ever-faithful Penelope. The journey will take him years and before he gets home he'll have to brave the portals of Hades itself. Produced by the Singapore Youth Festival Gold award-winning ACSian Theatre, the drama club of Anglo- Chinese Junior College, The Odyssey promises to be a thrilling and highly Kinetic adaption of one of the greatest stories ever told.
