Thanks a lot too those who came for my art exhibition. Really appreciate it!:)I thought the exhibition turned out quite well. Here's my art(accidentally cut off half while taking the pic):
Went for the ACCO last saturday. They played really well! Looking at them play just made me think about my quitting of CO in sec1. Couldn't play anything. Maybe I'm not musically incline. But honestly I felt that CO didn't grasp my attention and interest like scouts did. That why I skipped and skipped and skipped the CCA. . But some friends said that the whole thing change after a new management took over after I left. I now have my instrument lying in the stupid corner of my room, unopened for like 4 years and equally brand new.

Won't be going to the ONE ACS MUSICAL/DRAMA,''THE PIED PIPER OF HAMELIN' today tomorrow and the day after as I after I bought the ticket for sat,29th nov, something cropped up...Guess I have to look at the pics on facebook.:(

Now that all the event have ended, I really have to get down and do work. With IB, holidays are as good as gone. There's so much coursework to do comparing to JC friends. There's: The extended essay, Theory of knowledge essay, world literature essay, prep for english Individual Oral Commentary(IOC), art pieces and revision for the rest of the subjects. There's also planning for Ventures' Nite 08.

Of late, I'm starting to become really interested and keen on learning  the Peranakan Culture which has already more or less been lost in my family except for the Peranakan Nyonya food that my Nya Nya (mother in baba-language)or cooks or the clothing that my  grandmother wears. Or the beaded shoes my grandmother made for her marriage trousseau which has now been given to my mum. It has become an antique.I think that it's really interesting to research on my lost roots with all the chinese malay and western cultures all intertwine and fused together. Don;t understand what I am talking about? Go google.

Now while watching the 'Little Nyonya' on channel 8,I will kept on asking my mum if they had this in their old home, did she do this custom, did her grandfather have a chongpo to cook for them...etc etc
